Job De****ions:
1. Reporting directly to Company COO.
2. Key member for defining company product strategy and product roadmap, especially for telecom market.
3. Responsible for all new product development projects in term of schedule, budget and deliveries.
4. Manage company R&D organization to be capable, professional and productive.
Requirements:
1. Master degree (PhD) preferred in Optics or communications.
2. Solid knowledge **** in optics, fiber optics and communication network.
3. 10 year working experiences at product development postions of name brand telecom companies. Minumum 5 years of experience in mid or high managing roles with good number of people reporting to.
4. Familiar with designs and principles of most telecom passive components. Knowledge in Active products in a plus, but not a requirement.
5. Good understanding of the telecom market, suppliers and customers, business opportunities.
6. Excellent English skill in oral communications and its operation.
7. Reasonable understanding in company organizations and its operation.
8. Good communication skill, people management skill and with team-work spirit.
